Surf Coaches
- Level 1 surf coach quals minimum
- Bronze Medallion or equivilant surf rescue qualifications
- First Aid certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Seasonal commitment (Nov-April)
Social workers
- Bachelor of Social work
or
- Diploma of Community Services
Environmental Educators
- Bachelor of Environmental Science (studying Marine Biology)
or
- Proven experience
